WHAT TO KNOW

STEP 1: BOOK

Choose the theme(s) you are interested in and fill out our booking inquiry found in the contact section. We recommend booking your party at least 2-4 weeks in advance. 

STEP 2: HAVE FUN

We want your experience to be simple and hassle-free. The day of your event, we will set up and style your party for you. We ask that you have the space cleared of furniture before we arrive. The following day we will return and take the party down. We do all the laundering and sanitize each item to ensure that they are ready for the follwoing party.

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

The Little Kamp Out is designed to be easy and hassle-free. On the day of your party, we will deliver, set up, and design your special event. The next day, we will return to take down/pack up your party. It is the host's responsibility to monitor the party and an adult of 18 years or old is required to be present during set up and take down.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND CAN YOU DELIVER?

We are located in OKC/Edmond, Oklahoma. We can travel to surrounding areas (Guthrie, Moore, Norman, Yukon, etc.) with the addition of a travel fee.  We are a rental company ONLY and cannot travel beyond Oklahoma due to demand. If you have questions about potential travel in surrounding areas please message us.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?

Booking is super easy! Just fill out our online reservation form in the contact section of our site. We recommend that you try and book at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure the time and date of your expected party. However, we can accommodate last minute bookings based on our availability.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP?

Party set up usually takes about 90 minutes to set up and 60 minutes to take down.

HOW MUCH SPACE SHOULD I HAVE?

Each party set up is approximately 3.5' wide by 6.5' deep. We can arrange the teepees in various setups depending on how big your space is. We ask that you please have the area you plan on setting up the party cleared of furniture, cleaned, and vacuumed if needed. If you have questions about your space or need any additional info, feel free to send us a picture and we will try our best to help. 

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

The Little Kamp Out does not refund any cancellations. However, will be happy to help you reschedule your event for a future date. If for any reason you need to reschedule your party, a. minimum of 5 days notice must be given.

AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR WASHING THE BEDDING?

At The Little Kamp Out, we do all the laundering for you. You will receive fresh, clean bedding for your party. We will pack up your party the next day, then wash and sanitize all the bedding .

CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM THEME?

We do take custom theme requests! If you have a theme idea in mind, please feel free to reach out to us and we will try our best to create your ideal party! Additional fees may be included for custom themes.
